2. General Terms
By placing an order with Piege.Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Ordering & Payment

Piega Studio is currently exempt from charging VAT in accordance with applicable tax regulations. All prices displayed on our website are final prices and do not include VAT, as it is not applicable.

If you are purchasing from outside the EU or from a country where import duties, taxes, or additional fees apply, you are responsible for covering those costs upon delivery. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay

Orders are legally binding once confirmed.

4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times: 5 - 6 weeks

Shipping costs: calculated at checkout

Risk of damage/loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the furniture, no reason needed.

To return, notify us at contact@piega.studio and ship items back unused, in original packaging.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

6. Warranty & Defects
EU law grants a 2-year warranty against defects.

7. Returns & Refunds
Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless faulty).

Custom-made/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

8. Privacy Policy
Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant).

9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve issues amicably.

EU consumers may use the EU ODR Platform for disputes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
